A graduate of Delhi University, Tarunn has over 19 years experience in Business Development & Sales. Hailing from an entrepreneurial background, his journey in real estate industry started long before his career in real estate, which kicked off in 2006. Since then he has been responsible for marketing and leasing of commercial office Real Estate portfolio and held key positions in Paras Buildech, Bestech and DLF.

Tarunn is an effective communicator, team leader, negotiator, solution finder and highly successful in building relationships with upper-level decision makers, business partners and external agencies. He brings all his cutting edge skills to the world of food with the added advantage of being a great foodie who not only appreciates good food but can churn out some delectable fare too! He has also spent time in a commercial kitchen learning the nitty-gritty of food production.

Master Chef, Journalist, Film Maker, Brand and Cuisine ambassador… Chef Arun Kumar wears many hats. With over 25 years of experience behind him, he has turned several businesses around.

As a Journalist he trained with Times Of India and went on to becoming the film critic of Filmfare magazine

As a Filmmaker he has done spots, feature films, TV serials and feature length documentaries for Discovery, NHK…

On the Food Front, he introduced the first Pop-Ups in Delhi, and later as a Brand & Cuisine Head, Chef Arun took Zambar, a brand owned by Lite Bite Foods, to new heights by bringing in authentic South Indian coastal cuisines.

He was declared a MasterChef on a Reality Cookery Show on NDTV Goodtimes. Followed by innumerable awards for Zambar and himself.

He setup more than half a dozen outlets in India and UAE. Giving him the cutting edge in kitchen and restaurant design, implementation and execution. His passion for food and excellence has made him a well recognised figure within the Hospitality industry and a leading figure in popularizing South Indian Coastal Food.



Joseph Sam is one of the founding partners of Zeaside Foods LLP having engaged with the rest of the team in evolving the business plan, brand DNA and roadmap. He plays a partial role in supporting the dynamic leadership of Zeaside Foods. He is a Certified Corporate Director, a Post Graduate in Marketing Management a B.Tech in Production and Industrial Engineering, completed his Diploma in Advertising and PR, a Certified Negotiator & Brand valuation expert.

Currently he is the Senior Vice President of Minecorp India a global mining group in multidimensional stones, an advisor to a global entity engaged in smart city planning in India and an advisor to various start ups in lifestyle, luxury and the consumer goods business. He is well travelled, an avid networker and is passionate about entrepreneurship and mentoring start ups. Having been the CEO of various entities in fashion, home, retail and luxury and sold a variety of products from IT to Consumer Goods to Aircrafts, Real Estate and now Stones he has the grasp of various sectors and is an avid thought leader in these areas. A team player he has carried the ethos from being instrumental in teams in quiz, soccer, volleyball, kabbadi and debate during his schooling and college days. He mentors college based start ups and has assisted many of these in getting their seed and first level funding.

He is a member of the INSTITUTE OF DIRECTORS & INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS OF INDIA and speaks English, Hindi and various regional languages such as Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.
